Teen Girls Anxiety Group

This supportive group is designed for teen girls struggling with anxiety, social stress, self-esteem, friendships, and emotional overwhelm.

Adolescence can feel incredibly intense, especially in today’s world of academic pressure, social media, comparison, and constant expectations. Many teens struggle silently with overthinking, self-doubt, difficulty fitting in, or feeling emotionally exhausted trying to manage it all.

This group provides a safe and supportive space for girls to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of managing anxiety and stress.

Group sessions incorporate CBT-based coping strategies, mindfulness, emotional regulation skills, confidence-building activities, and supportive peer connection.

The goal is to help girls feel more confident, connected, resilient, and emotionally supported.
