Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions.

I work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, panic, trauma-related symptoms, depression, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, and difficulties navigating relationships or major life changes.

My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as CBT and ERP with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and supportive therapy. Together, we work to better understand patterns of thinking and behavior, reduce emotional distress, and strengthen your ability to respond to challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.

Therapy is collaborative and individualized. Some clients come seeking support during a difficult season of life, while others are looking to break long-standing patterns that continue to impact their daily functioning and relationships.
