Relationships can become stuck in painful cycles of miscommunication, emotional reactivity, disconnection, or unresolved hurt. Couples therapy provides a space to better understand these patterns while learning healthier ways to communicate, respond, and reconnect.

My work with couples incorporates family systems concepts, attachment-based understanding, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help partners improve communication, increase emotional awareness, and strengthen their connection.

Together, we work on identifying recurring conflict patterns, improving emotional regulation during difficult conversations, rebuilding trust, and developing healthier ways of expressing needs and boundaries.

Couples therapy is not about assigning blame—it’s about increasing understanding and creating healthier ways of relating to one another.
